Open Beta

If you don’t want to pre-order Diablo IV yet and still want a chance to play the game, you’ll have to wait for the open beta, which will take place from March 24 at 9 a.m. PDT (or 17:00 Central European Time) to March 27 at 12 p.m. PDT (or 21:00 Central European Time). You’ll need a account to join the beta and can create a maximum of 10 characters. Both betas will provide couch co-op, and even online 4-player co-op will be available! Everyone of your friends will need their own access to beta though, you can’t share yours except for players who join you on your couch.

Important: Your progress will transfer from the pre-access beta to the open beta, but after that your characters will be deleted, regardless if you pre-ordered the game or not!
